These Tour Guides come from a diverse range of backgrounds and normally we make a policy of not
employing salespeople, or those who have worked in a similar industry.

relevant to the purchase of overseas property. Their knowledge of buying and living in the area is
invaluable and many friendships continue many years after the sale!!

- We believe for anyone considering buying a property abroad that to take advantage of one of our
Viewing Tours is the simplest and most advisable option.
You will visit all the most popular and most attractive areas of your chosen
country and with an incredible choice in excess of 10,000 homes for sale, we
have property available for every budget from less than £50,000 to well over
£1,000,000.
Taking advantage of our professional service and local knowledge, you will
quickly realise that you made the right choice to invite our Company, to help in
your property search. As we do not employ professional salespeople, but
simply existing owners who now live abroad and act as MHA Tour Guides,
you can rest assured that your visit will be most informative, pleasant and
enjoyable and also free from any obligation or pressure whatsoever.
- We wish to inform all prospective clients, that they are specifically designed for clients
wishing to purchase during their Viewing Tour, should they be shown the suitable property
and also who are in a financial position to pay both the deposit of 3,000 Euros during their
Viewing Tour and a minimum of 50% of the total price, the following 4-6 weeks. Mortgages
are usually available for the remaining 50% for clients able to satisfy the Banks lending criteria.
- The Viewing Tours are definitely not to be used as a familiarisation programme
for people who are merely curious about the possibilities for the future, or to get to
know the area for comparison with other areas or countries, or of course for people who
are not in a financial position to proceed. We suggest that under these circumstances that
a holiday to the area would be recommended. As our Viewing Tours are very comprehensive,
the most serious will benefit enormously and anyone else will find the tour arduous, boring,
tiresome and a complete waste of time and money for all concerned.
