Sales Process

• Client shows interest in property.
• The property is allocated to the client – this takes the property off the market for 48 hours.
• The client completes and returns the reservation form, along with the reservation fee within the 48 hours. The reservation fee of £6,000 or €8,000 or $10,000 has to be paid prior to any requested Viewing Tour.
• The reservation fee can be paid by bank transfer or cheque (Sterling Only) and will sit in the specific currencies holding account, until the 30% deposit is paid. The reservation fee is fully refundable in the event of non-purchase and less $200 for the cost of administration.
• The contracts are written dependant on which process is being used by the client. They can either use Max Gold, their own or not use a solicitor in this process. The client will receive the contract within 14 days of receipt of reservation form.
• Contracts are returned along with the remainder of the 30%, within 21 days.

Tour of Punta Perla

• We organize a tour once a month. This is a 2 night stay in a 5 star hotel in the Dominican Republic. (Please see above example for the itinerary of this tour.)

• The cost of £699 per person is fully refunded to the client subject to purchase of real-estate during this Viewing Tour.
• The MHA Viewing Tour is a 5 star Luxury experience and covers all costs involved in visiting the site.
