Depart local airport and arrive Alicante or Murcia airport, Spain for transfer by MHA to a 4 star hotel where you will be comfortable for your stay. Having spent the first day travelling we recommend to our clients a day of unwinding and relaxation in preparation for the remainder of your stay. It is normally suggested to spend today sightseeing and learning about the local places of interest on the Costa Blanca. Day 2.

After breakfast you will be collected and taken on a tour of the southern part of the Costa Blanca and the Costa Calida, where you will be aquainted with all the most beautiful areas, including visiting beaches, golf-courses and various new developments. The southern part of the Costa Blanca has always been popular with our clients who are interested in either holiday homes or retirement homes and situated always close to convenient facilities. This area has now become most popular for many new American styled golf courses and where you can enjoy luxury facilities that enjoy capital appreciation and excellent rental potential. With a new international airport being developed for the area this is also having a positive effect on rising property values.

Day 3.

After breakfast you will be collected and taken on an optional request, to the Costa Almeria, where you will visit many attractive towns and where you will have opportunity to compare either coastal homes or attractive properties more inland. All new developments are low-rise and are a maximum of three storeys.This area is generally unspoilt and offers a quieter and more rural lifestyle than the Costa-Blanca. Being a more recently developing area this is often considered an ideal retreat for clients in search of better value and the real Spain.The local villages where life remains unchanged are attractive and the locals are friendly and traditional.

Day 4.

Having now visited all the most popular areas of the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Costa Almeria, you will now return to the areas of your preference.You will visit more developments and each time collecting specific information for your consideration. You will be given opportunity to reserve your choice of property and be introduced to an English speaking solicitor and an English speaking foreign currency specialist. Full information will be available to consider your choices and time will be available to view local furniture stores for ideas on interior furnishings and design.

Day 5.

After breakfast your final day will be arranged accordingly up to your return flight back home.
