Depart local airport and arrive Ercan International Airport, Northern Cyprus, for transfer by MHA to a 4 star hotel near Girne (Kyrenia), where you will be comfortable for your stay. It is normally suggested to spend today sightseeing and learning about the local places of interest in Kyrenia, which is known as the “Tourism capital” of Northern Cyprus and is one of the most attractive locations of the Mediterranean. The horseshoe shaped harbour, which is dominated by Girne castle, is the focal point of the town and in the distance you will see amazing sunsets over the spectacular Five finger Mountain range. With its shops, banks, café bars and restaurants, that serve local and international cuisine, you will see locals and many tourists enjoying the warm hospitality. Day 2

After breakfast you will be collected and taken on a tour of the western part of the island and out as far as the historical towns of Vouni, where you will see the remains of the ancient Palace and its neighbouring town Soli which dates back to 700BC. Here you will visit the Roman theatre of Soli which has a capacity for 4,000 spectators before driving to the town of Guzelyurt, which means “beautiful country” in Turkish and is famous on the island for its Monastery of St Mamas and for its cultivation of citrus fruits including Orange, Lemon and Grapefruit. Returning to Kyrenia, along the coast road, you will also visit St Hilarion Castle, from where the views to Kyrenia and the coastline are simply amazing. You will visit many popular beach areas including Escape Beach and the new beach club which is a complete entertainment complex offering something for the family during the day and a popular music venue for the clubbers during the evenings. During todays tour you will appreciate both the islands beauty and its history and visit many locations where both apartments and individual villas are available for purchase.

Day 3

After breakfast you will be collected and taken on a tour of the eastern part of the island out as far as Famagusta and where you will enjoy the panoramic scenery of the famous “pan handle” part of Cyprus, where Mount Besparmak, offers great views, an opportunity for hiking and where the deserted sandy beaches go for miles and miles. You will visit Korineum Golf & Country Club in Esenteppe, which is one of the finest golf courses you can imagine, being carved out of a natural pine forest and offering both spectacular mountain and Mediterranean views. This area of Esenteppe, is very popular for those seeking homes in a wonderful setting and yet close to beaches and a golf club but conveniently close to Kyrenia by the new highway which has been recently finished. The famous Alagadi Turtle Beach is only a five minute drive away and from where the giant turles nest and lay their eggs during June/July. You will visit both the seaside towns of Bogaz and Famagusta, where you will be able to compare price and quality of many other villas and apartments currently being constructed in this popular area and at the same time appreciating the relaxing Mediterranean lifestyle.

Day 4

Having now visited all the most popular areas both east and west of Kyrenia, you will now return to the areas of your preference.You will visit more developments and each time collecting specific information for your consideration. You will be given opportunity to reserve your choice of property and be introduced to an English speaking solicitor. Full information will be available to consider your choices and time will be available to view local furniture stores for ideas on interior furnishings and design.

Day 5

After breakfast your final day will be arranged accordingly up to your return flight back home.
