But what next!

It goes without saying that any country is immense in its diversity of areas. From established areas which to many have become nothing more than a concrete jungle, to some of the newer places currently coming to the forefront, where the infrastructure is still in its planning stage and maybe something for the future.

From beach locations crammed with holidaymakers in the summer, to rural locations that seem to have stood still in time….the choice really is immense. Almost every day, a new location is being touted as the next “emerging market” and one that the marketeers will have you believe is paradise waiting to be discovered.

From our experience, although many people purchase close to friends or family, or in areas for which they are familiar, due to having had previous holidays etc…. the majority of buyers, are buying into what would be fair to say is …..the complete unknown!!

With todays technology, it is possible to spend many hours surfing the internet. You will agree that the vast majority of websites are trying their best to give a fair indication of price, quality and location…but in fairness, they all leave the buyer with nothing but more confusion and little idea of reality and absolutely no idea about the truth of the location or the property and how it really is!!…please read on
